Download SurfEasy from Google  Playstore. It is a easy automated process in which you just need to click Turn SurfEasy ON. But its a limited usage process. You can't use more than memory they have provided without paid.

OR

Download Drony from Google Playstore. It is a manual process that you have to change each settings as follows..

Steps :

1)  Open your WiFi settings and change the Proxy name and Port as "localhost" and"8020"as shown.

2)  Open Drony and move to settings.

3)  Select WiFi and choose your WiFi name that you are connected with.

4)  Type the proxy name and port of that WiFi as follows.

     

5)  Then change the proxy type to manual.

6) Go back to main page. If this box pops up just check I trust this application and click OK.

7)  After you click ON below it scans and verifies WiFi proxy network. As soon as HTTPS  CONNECT successful appears you are allowed to use your apps over that network.
